Material mixing: First put the fine powder of Chinese medicine after processing, crushing and other pretreatment into the blender, and add the refined honey according to a certain proportion. Through the rotation of the stirring paddle, the mixer makes the powder and honey fully mixed and uniform to form a pill with certain viscosity and plasticity.

Strip out: the mixed pellets are put into the hopper of the large honey pill machine, and there is a screw propeller under the hopper. The screw propeller rotates under the drive of the motor to push the pellet from the hopper to the outlet. In this process, the pellet block is extruded into a drug strip with a certain diameter and length.

Cutting molding: The drug strip extruded from the outlet is directly entered into the pill rolling device connected with the outlet. The shot rolling device is usually composed of two relatively rotating semi-circular molds. After the drug strips enter the mold, they are cut into uniform segments as the mold rotates. At the same time, under the extrusion and rolling action of the mold, the small section of the drug strip is rolled into a round pill to complete the molding process of the large honey pill.

Screening and finishing: The large honey pill after forming is discharged through the discharge port, and the pill that does not meet the size requirements is screened out by the screening device and re-processed. Qualified pills are further arranged and packaged.
