1. Main application

The machine is mainly used in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical industry pellet material size screening process. This machine is suitable for the matching use of ball making machine, ball making machine and other equipment.

2. Structural feature

The machine is simple in appearance, generous in shape and convenient to replace the sieve cylinder. All machines are stainless steel, meet the GMP requirements.

The machine is equipped with the outlet of small, qualified and large pellets, and the equipment of different specifications is used according to the output size, which is convenient for the use of the joint line.

3. Working principles

The spherical material to be screened enters the feed hopper of the screening machine and falls into the rotating drum of the screening machine. The drum is provided with long strip or circular shape from small to large. For the holes of different sizes of pellets, the pellets that are smaller than the requirements fall into the front outlet when passing through the sieve tube, followed by qualified pellets, large pellets and adhesive pellets, respectively, coming out from different discharge outlets to achieve the purpose of pellet screening.
