1. Main application

This machine is mainly used in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical industry of pellet-like materials powder anti-stick technology. This machine is suitable for ball making machine, bar extruder and other equipment matching use.

2. Structural feature

Dry powder material is placed in the hopper equipped with vibration device, and the powder in the hopper falls into the rotating drum evenly through vibration. After the pill from the pill making mechanism enters the powder dispenser drum, the sticky ball material will not adhere to each other through the roller spiral rolling, thus smoothly entering the next working procedure.

3. Working principles

The pellet material from the pellet making mechanism enters the powder dispenser drum through the discharge end. The powder of the hopper is evenly dispersed into the drum through the bottom propeller of the hopper and adhered to the surface of the pellet. Uniform drum, and screw to move to the outlet, so as to achieve the function of uniform adhesion of the pellet surface.
