1. Main application

The extruder is equipped with multiple cooling system, the inner part of the cylinder is provided with cooling water channel, and the center of the screw is provided with core shaft cooling, which can effectively control the material temperature;
Anticorrosion treatment of watercourses, avoid scaling watercourses, tube temperature control timely, uniform, all flow channel hydraulic test to ensure that there is no residue inside, do not block the waterway;
Equipped with screw torque too large automatic cutting system to prevent abnormal operation and other materials into the press box caused by equipment damage;

3. Working principles
The 150~220 kg/h premix from the upper sequence enters the volume feeder with stirring, and then automatically feeds the material into the horizontal section of the extruder through the volume feeder for mixing refining. Then the material after secondary mixing is extruded vertically and into the particles of the automatic ball making mechanism into the shape of the tooth ball. Extruder temperature is controlled by circulating cooling water. The feeding port is equipped with tooth feeder and intermittent block flip plate to ensure the automatic flow of feed action. A powder dispenser is arranged at the wheel of the granulation mechanism, which can ensure that the material does not stick to the knife or particles in the granulation process.
